Abstract:

A report from Public Citizen shows state and federal courts are adequately handling asbestos injury lawsuits and are not buckling under any crushing caseload. The report examines nationwide statistical data and anecdotal information from California, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Mississippi, New York, Texas and West Virginia, which are among the states with the highest number of asbestos claims.
