Abstract:
The 2004 Annual Report of JESNA, the Jewish Education Service of North America, which seeks to make engaging, inspiring, high quality Jewish learning available to ever y Jew in North America by building an educational system of consistent excellence. JESNA's commitment to system-building is advanced through a three-pronged strategy that focuses on: 1) people -- recruiting talented educators and creating the conditions that enable them to thrive; 2) best practices -- identifying and disseminating models of excellence in educational practice; and 3) innovative solutions -- developing creative new approaches to expand the impact of Jewish education.
