Abstract:
The eleventh meeting of the International Task Force for Disease Eradication (ITFDE) was convened at The Carter Center on Oct. 11, 2007. The Task Force reviewed the problems of Buruli ulcer and yaws, and discussed a brief update on the status of cooperative efforts to eliminate malaria and lymphatic filariasis in Haiti and the Dominican Republic.
